Terms of Service
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of outsourcethink.com (the "site"). The site is operated by Friday Studios (Pty) Ltd trading as Outsource Think ("Outsource Think", "we", "us", or "our") in Cape Town, South Africa.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Website purpose
The site provides general information about Outsource Think, enterprise AI strategy, software and systems engineering, and related services. Website material is not legal, financial, investment, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. It should not be treated as a complete assessment of your organisation, systems, risks, or obligations.
We may change, correct, suspend, or remove site material at any time.
Enquiries are non-binding
Submitting an enquiry, receiving a reply, joining a call, or discussing an idea does not create a client, partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Neither party is required to proceed, and an enquiry is not an offer or acceptance of paid work.
Paid consulting and engineering work only begins under an agreed proposal, master services agreement, statement of work, order form, or other written client agreement. That agreement governs scope, fees, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality, data handling, warranties, liability, and other terms for the engagement. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed client agreement controls the paid work.
Intellectual property
The site and its original text, designs, code, images, video, audio, branding, reports, diagrams, and other material are owned by or licensed to Friday Studios (Pty) Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law.
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the site and use its public material for your organisation's internal evaluation. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, distribute, scrape, create a competing resource from, or commercially exploit substantial site material without written permission.
Product names, logos, quotations, and material belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the site unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.
- Interfere with its operation, security, access controls, or other users.
- Introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Use automated systems to extract substantial portions of the site or overload its infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person, provide deliberately misleading enquiry details, or send spam, abusive, or harmful content.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or our rights.
Information you submit
You retain ownership of information you send through the site. You give us permission to use it as needed to respond to your enquiry, assess a possible engagement, protect the site, and meet legal obligations.
Do not submit material you do not have the right to share. Unless a separate written confidentiality agreement says otherwise, a public website enquiry is not a suitable channel for trade secrets, confidential production data, personal datasets, credentials, or sensitive system details.
Testimonials and examples
Testimonials, client stories, performance descriptions, and examples reflect particular circumstances and do not promise the same outcome for another organisation. Illustrative or composite examples will be clearly identified when used. Client names, identifying material, or attributed quotations are published only with appropriate permission.
AI and business outcomes
Artificial intelligence systems are probabilistic and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, insecure, or unsuitable output. Public site material does not replace appropriate technical review, governance, testing, human oversight, security assessment, or professional advice. The safeguards and acceptance criteria for client work belong in the applicable written client agreement.
No website statement guarantees revenue, savings, productivity, adoption, funding, compliance, technical performance, delivery time, or another business outcome. Outcomes depend on factors including your people, processes, data, systems, decisions, market, implementation, and circumstances outside either party's control.
Third-party links and services
The site may refer or link to third-party sites, platforms, software, research, or tools. We do not control them and do not endorse or guarantee their content, availability, security, legality, or practices. Their terms apply to your use of them.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and public material are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friday Studios (Pty) Ltd and its directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data, opportunity, savings, or goodwill arising from the site or public material.
For any other claim arising only from the site or public material, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific affected website product or service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, that cap is zero. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A signed client agreement may set different liability terms for paid work.
Changes and access
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the date above. Changes apply from publication unless stated otherwise. We may suspend or end access to all or part of the site where reasonably necessary.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Courts with jurisdiction in South Africa may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal rights that apply.
If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
